Genese Music and Entertainment has implemented a big push to recruit a strong sales team. We are committed to build a strong sales force to sell our web space. Our goal is to find 5 new members. To do so, we have increased our expense budget by 30% and we are offering new recruits 20% of profits from sold ad space.
We are looking for candidates who are energetic and self motivated with an interest in music production and distribution, and are looking to work for an rapidly expanding company around the Washington DC or Baltimore, MD area.
These positions are critical and not difficult at all. They are responsible for developing and maintain strong business relationships with media buyers, agencies and direct advertisers. However, in order to do so they must analyze client needs and recommend the appropriate service/solution. These solutions settle through agreements that are first negotiated for the best of both parties. We need candidates who understand that the traffic department will be the key to increase and maintain client retention.
Genese has an entrepreneurial environment. Our level of expectation is met by being Self-motivated, possess excellent presentation skills in both written and verbal. We will provide training in Company history, ad delivery technology and online networks, and the basics of the Internet and current in industry events

Genese Music and Entertainment Group, LLC was established in the fall of 2000 under the name of Raljaz Music Group. Initially, Raljaz Music was a sole proprietorship owned by Ralph Rogers that offered recording services and equipment rental. In 2002, Raljaz Music merged with a small recording studio and developed a recording label. Currently, Genese Music and Entertainment Group is the parent company for Obia Soul, Genese Gospel, Genese South, and Pierre Noir Jazz. Each subsidiary label allows Genese Music and Entertainment to market its artists according to music genre and demographic appeal.
